FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
Your career in fitness starts now! This Fitness Instructor course is designed to give you your start in the fitness industry. You will be able to gain employment in a health club, write challenging, varied programmes for clients and interact with people on a multitude of goals.
The course provides the knowledge and skills to enable learners to plan, deliver and evaluate safe and effective sessions. This qualification puts you on the first rung of the ladder to becoming a fully qualified personal trainer.
This course is a prerequisite to the Personal Training Certificate
